Tier 1 Deliveries

Delivery charges

We aim to charge you as little as possible for delivery of our products, we currently offer two types of delivery:
1. Graded Stock (Grade 2-6)

  • £5 for delivery within one to two working days
  • Free delivery for orders on our longer delivery period of 3-5 working days.
2. Brand New Stock (Grade 1)
Large/Heavy Items (TV/Printers/Servers/UPS)
  • £10 for delivery NEXT day - for all orders place before 4pm (subject to fraud checks)
  • £8 delivery for all orders on our longer delivery period of 2-4 working days.
All other items
  • £5 for delivery NEXT day - for all orders place before 4pm (subject to fraud checks)
  • £4 delivery for orders on our longer delivery period of 2-4 working days.

Please note that we are happy to ship to Northern Ireland, however these orders will be subject to a delivery charge for all items, typically £10 for next business day shipping which normally takes 2-3 days.

Tracking
For graded (2-6) items we will send you an email the night before giving you a 1 hour delivery period - so you won't have to wait in all day!

We will despatch as quickly as possible (within your chosen delivery period) in all cases.... don't tell anyone but we frequently give out discount codes for some items from our eShot emails so get signed up now!

We deliver all items by the most suitable method available for the order, from Royal Mail 1st Class through to DPD Courier (depending on the value and size of the unit).

All laptop and desktops will be sent via a courier and will require a signature - you will need to be at the delivery address.

Almost all of our deliveries between 8am and 5.30pm and we cannot specify a delivery time slot.

Do you only deliver to the card holder's address?

If you have a PayPal account you can register altenative addresses and then use them as your delivery address.

In most Credit/Debit Card transactions we will only deliver to the card holder's address, this is to ensure that security of the card holder and of course us as a company. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our security procedure, where funds have been taken you will receive a refund as soon as possible.

We will look to deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable business address. We may carry out further security checks on this type of order; again orders attempted to alternative addresses are subject to cancellation without notice.

We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address.

Please note that is your card issuer's responsibility to ensure that your details are up to date.

Where we deliver?

Our couriers deliver to mainland UK only i.e. where no body of water is crossed.

Smaller items can be shipped to anywhere in the UK via the postal service.

We do not ship outside the UK for web orders.

Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?

We use DPD and mail services; however it is possible that another courier company will be used.

The couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm.

We cannot specify a delivery time however we will email you a tracking number wherever possible.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders that are placed before 2pm on a working/business day that pass our security checks and are in stock are usually dispatched the same day.

Nearly all deliveries arrive within two working days, but often arrive quicker than this. We cannot specify a delivery time but if you have not received your goods within three working days please contact customer services by email and we will track the delivery for you.

What if I am not at home to accept the delivery?

The courier will attempt two deliveries on consecutive working days. We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to 5 days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
