Retail refurb - a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to buying brand new
We are often asked where our products comes from and how we can sell at our prices; whilst we do sell new products we also sell "graded products". These products are not brand new but in our first band of grading, our "Grade 2/Good As New" products arrive with us when a customer has made a purchase and decided to return it within a no-quibble return period. Often these products will have been powered once or twice; and in some cases not at all! We check them, clean them and then re-box them.
Nearly all products are fully retail boxed and come with all accessories and manuals - you may only be able to tell they aren't new by the broken manufacturer's seal
So if you are looking for a new(ish) machine at a fraction of the price then grade two is for you.
Due to the small period of time that the products have been in use there is normally a large amount of the manufacturer's warranty remaining.
