Refurbished Ultrabook - HP EliteBook Folio 9470m has a high level of build quality - however the aluminium finish does mark/scratch therefore these units are classed as Grade B. Nothing is broken or missing just cosmetically they aren't Grade A. These units feature minor marks and imperfections on the screen.
